Here is a brief overview of some key features of the Zig Zag App that assist you in locating, reserving, and using scooters in your area.

Sign up: Begin by registering directly on our app or through our website www.zigzagsharing.com. You can easily manage your account, explore all aspects of our service, and stay informed about the latest offers available to you.

• Booking: Utilize the map on the app or website to find the nearest available scooter. You have a 30-minute window to reach the scooter. By entering its plate number in the search box, you can reserve any visible scooter on the streets.
• Rental: Once you locate your reserved scooter, initiate the rental process to unlock the seat. Ensure the cleanliness of the scooter and report any damages through the app. After returning the keys to the trunk and closing the seat, you can activate the panel instrument via the app.
• Pause and resume rental: If you wish to take a break, park your scooter, turn off the engine with the red button on the panel instrument, select "Stopover" on the app, stow the helmet, and confirm seat closure. When ready to continue, press "Resume Rental" on the app. To conclude your rental, park within designated zones in our service area, switch off the engine, place the scooter on the center stand, select "End the rental" on the app, secure belongings in the seat, and confirm termination through the app.
